DE-ICING
Deicers are a key component in maintaining a clear and safe environment. With over a decade of experience and ongoing training with chemical experts, Integrated Resource Systems is a national leader in ice control. Our in-depth knowledge and expertise of the most environmentally safe, effective deicers and their proper use is critical to keeping properties safe, while protecting the facilities and the ecosystem. Each property has its own specific needs that must be considered when using de-icing materials. From parking garages and elevated structures, to retention ponds and greenery, all factors must be analyzed when providing service. Because each product works in a different way, we carefully analyze all factors, including air and ground temperatures, landscaping concerns, amount of sunlight and weather forecasts to determine the right product and the best application rate for each area of your site.
MELTING AND REMOVAL
During high volumes of traffic in the winter season and when storms bring greater accumulations of snow, Integrated Resource Systems can provide both snow melting and snow removal at your property. We are Colorado's only service provider that offers snow melting services for your facility. Snow melting has been utilized throughout North America at airports and at large municipalities for over the past 35 years. Our snowmelters are capable of melting close to 100 tons of snow per hour. This is another option rather than moving your unwanted snow piles to a new location. They can be eliminated completely more reasonably than the cost of relocating the piles. In cases where hauling is required and melting is not an option, Integrated has a large fleet of dump trucks and loaders that are utilized.

Integrated Resource Systems recognizes that many sites require our "Zero Tolerance" level of service. At this level, we actively monitor the site before, during and after an event;, ensuring that all parking surfaces, walkways, and drive aisles are constantly clear and free of all snow and ice. Our full time weather monitoring and radio dispatch facility, combined with our site-specific management model, ensure that your property will never be adversely affected. Most importantly, we understand that each property is unique and our team will work to develop and implement a service plan that best fits the needs of each specific site.
MANAGING RISK
Each year, over one million Americans seek emergency room treatment for accidental falls. Approximately 300,000 of these people suffer disabling injuries, another 12,000 die from their injuries. In fact, slip and fall injuries rank only second to automobile accidents. (LESCO News, Fall 2002, Vol. 40). Integrated Resource Systems takes a proactive approach to snow removal operations in order to optimize public safety and reduce insurance claims and lawsuits.
SAFETY
Integrated Resource Systems requires our entire staff to participate in continuous safety training which exceeds the highest industry standards. Our equipment utilizes flashing strobes, warning signs, safety lights and back-up alarms to help prevent accidents while providing service. Our workers wear high intensity reflective safety vests to help identify them while they are working in limited visibility during a storm. A site-specific supervisor manages each property to ensure both consistent and professional service.
STRIPING DIVISION
Our striping division specializes in the designing and striping of parking lot lines and symbols. This includes both new construction configuration and existing parking areas. Our staff is educated with extensive training to provide you with the most professional services at your facility. Precise measurements with attention to detail will be followed to provide you with the exact results you require. We offer many types of pavement marking services: New Layout, Re-Striping, Preformed Thermoplastics, Signage, Parking Blocks, Removal of Existing Marking and A.D.A. Compliancy.
